Privacy Policy

This website is deliberately minimal. There are no cookies, no tracking of individual visitors, no ad networks and no embedded third-party content. An anonymous, aggregated analytics service runs in the background – this policy is short accordingly.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted as a static site with Cloudflare, Inc. and delivered through their global network. Technically necessary data is processed on each request: IP address, time of request, file requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system.

This processing is required to operate and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – my legitimate interest in reliable and secure delivery.

A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Transfers to third countries are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

No cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is therefore no consent banner – there would be nothing to consent to.

Fonts are served from my own domain, not from a third-party content delivery network. Visiting this site does not open a connection to Google Fonts or comparable services.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit this site and which pages they view. The service sets no cookies, uses no client-side identifiers, and builds no profiles of individual visitors – it counts page views anonymously and in aggregate.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in understanding which content is being read. Since no personal data is collected beyond the access data already processed for hosting, and no individual visitor is re-identified, no consent is required.

The provider is Cloudflare, Inc. – the same processor as for hosting, see above.

Contact form and email

If you contact me through the form or by email, I process the data you provide – name, email address, optionally company, location and timeframe, and the content of your message – solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For the technical delivery of form messages I use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as a processor. Processing takes place on servers within the EU; no transfer to third countries occurs. The message is delivered to my email inbox, which is hosted with Hostinger International Ltd.

The form sets no cookies and embeds no third-party CAPTCHA. A hidden field is used to deter automated submissions; it collects no personal data.

I delete this data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.

External links

In places I link outwards – for example to the print shop at Saal Digital, to Instagram, or to shooticeland.com. This content is not embedded, so no connection is made until you click.

Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies. I have no influence over their data processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

Encryption

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, protecting the transfer against interception by third parties.
